AV-Nexus is an event management platform that provides tools for scheduling events, managing staff assignments, tracking equipment, and integrating with Google Calendar. The Service is provided for organisational use in coordinating audio-visual and event-related activities.

  • Be invited by an administrator
  • Authenticate using a valid Google account
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Google Calendar Integration

By connecting your Google Calendar, you grant the Service permission to create, read, and update events in your Google Calendar. This access is used solely for syncing events you create within AV-Nexus. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AV-Nexus and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
